IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Accommodation: The majority of people will be staying at the Stamford Grand Glenelg. However, due to numbers, some people will be allocated to stay at the Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites, which is located just 50m away from the main hotel and conference centre. All room bookings at these two hotels will be allocated internally by the organisers of the conference. Please DO NOT book a room directly with the Stamford Grand or Oaks Glenelg. If you do not wish to stay at the Stamford or Oaks – then please book your own accommodation.

Your health and wellbeing is important to us, and we want to ensure you eat well while at the conference. All meals will be vegetarian, but if you have any special dietary requirements, please list them below.

The hotel options are amazing! The majority of people will stay at the Stamford Grand Glenelg. Luxury Accommodation Adelaide Beaches | Stamford Grand Adelaide Hotel. However some people will need to stay at the Oaks Glenelg Plaza Suites (Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites | Glenelg Accommodation) which is only about 50m away from the main hotel.

You are not required to make payment now. An invoice based on the total below will be sent from the AUC Finance Department in due course to your entity/company for payment.
