AUC ATSIM is collecting this information to assist with planning a successful and safe event. To this end, the information you provide will be shared with Adsafe, the Child and Vulnerable Person Protection service for the Seventh-day Adventist Church, who will assist the Conference with the assessment of safety risks around a person’s attendance.

The ATSIM National Camp is a Seventh-day Adventist event and we request everyone in attendance to follow our Christian values. There will be no drinking, smoking or offensive language used during the camp.

I wish for my child to participate in the activities planned for their age level at the National ATSIM Camp 2025. I understand there are some risks involved and agree that my child will take the time to learn safety techniques and the proper use and limitations of any equipment. I acknowledge that my child may refuse to participate in any part of the activity if they feel apprehensive about the activity (if this does not endanger myself or the other participants and leaders).
