ATTENDANCE FEES
  • Early Bird = $159 (closes 16 January, 2026)
  • Regular Fee = $175 (closes 13th February, 2026)
  • Attendees from: WA, SA, NA & TAS are eligible for a discount, please speak with your local youth director to request the coupon code for your conference.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age by February 13th, 2026 to attend.
  • Meals: Meal packages are optional. Early bird meal ticket price will close on the 3rd of February, 2026. Regular meal ticket price will close on the 8th of February, 2026.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available until January 31st, 2026 and have an administrative fee of $45.
  • Accommodation:
    • Powered Camping Sites: There is a maximum of 6 people per site. Please bring your own sleeping gear/tents/camper and register at the campground together with the friends you wish to stay with.
  • There is a maximum of one car per site in addition to your camping set up (only if it fits within the site boundaries). Any other vehicles will remain in the overflow parking. 

  • The only exception to the vehicle rule, is if you are sleeping in your vehicle, eg rooftop tents or campervans, in this case a maximum of 3 vehicles will fit per site.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Fees: $45. As a small token of appreciation, your camping site and meals (all vegetarian) have been reduced to a minimal payment which assists us in maintaining the costs to run Converge.
  • Meals: The first meal will be provided Thurs dinner at 6:00 pm (for staff), and the last meal is Monday breakfast at 8:00 am.
  • Emails: Please provide a regularly-checked email in the below application, as all event information will be sent to that email address.

Your health and wellbeing is important to us. If you have dietary needs, our lovely cook may like to chat with you before and/or during the weekend to confirm your special dietary requirements.

This year we endeavor to provide all staff with a shirt; however, as we will be pre-ordering shirts we cannot guarantee that you will receive the size you selected or that sufficient shirts will be available. If you already have a Converge T-shirt please select ‘I don’t want a T-shirt’.

Accommodation

Further, I agree to avoid the use of, or have in my possession alcohol, cigarettes, and/or drugs. I understand that anyone found to be under the influence of in possession of any of the above will be asked to leave immediately. 

I understand that photos and videos will be taken and used during the program and in other Youth Ministries events and/or promotional materials.

In the event of accident or illness, where I am unable to communicate myself, I authorise the Event Director to seek appropriate medical treatment, and consent to receive any x-ray examination, medical or hospital treatment as may be deemed neceesary by a licensed physician and/or surgeon.

Safety Warning

Swimming at the beach is very dangerous. Swimming should only be attempted between the flags on patrolled beaches. In the past there have been 3 near-drowning incidents at Converge. To ensure everyone’s safety, please do not enter the water unless you are swimming on a patrolled beach between the flags.
