SPONSORSHIP

For sponsorship – write to your local Conference General Secretary or Union General Secretary and express your desire to be considered as a sponsored participant from your conference. Your local administration team will let you know of their decision in due time.

PLEASE NOTE

To secure your tour registration, please include with your application a $1000 deposit (per person), to be deposited into the AUC account as listed at the end of this registration. Cost of tour must be paid in FULL before departure. Any reimbursements or refunds will need to be negotiated with tour coordinators.

FOR THOSE SPONSORED: YOUR INITIAL $1000 APPLICATION DEPOSIT WILL BE COUNTED AS PART OF YOUR PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE TOUR.

2027 CANCELLATON POLICY

120-90 days prior to departure: NO PENALTY

89-60 days prior to departure: 10% OF TOTAL

59-45 days prior to departure: 25% OF TOTAL

44-30 days prior to departure: 50% OF TOTAL

29-15 days prior to departure: 75% OF TOTAL

14 days and after: prior to departure: NO REFUND

4th Payment: $3000 by/on 1st March
